Since no one else will say it, I will.
There is no way to completely prevent mass shootings in schools or mass murder period you can only stop it where it decides to appear. There are over 300 million guns in this country with over 300 million people, some of those people are evil, and evil people are a resourceful bunch who know how to commit evil acts withstanding any law in place to “prevent them” from doing said evil acts.
