I wouldn’t call myself a Chance the Rapper fan, nor do I consider him a rapper. CTR is like a Rapper & Blues artist on psychedelic drugs (Childish Gambino anyone?). Granted, Chance the Rapper is a recreational drugs drug-head which I am not into, it’s a good change of pace from the Chief Keefs of the world. It’s good to see a new generation South-side Chicago Rapper speak against the violence in that city instead of continuously glorifying the Chicago murder rate like it’s a damn badge of honor.
